I have 19 other iMacs on this network and can remote desktop to them all from the mini (which I remote into via Chrome Remote Desktop), including one with identical specs and OS and ARD version as the one I cannot control. When I first configured the machine onsite a week ago I could control through Apple Remote Desktop but cannot now. Current situation is as follows:
I can connect through finder to file system
I can wake with Apple Remote Desktop
I cannot connect to finder screen sharing
I cannot ssh from Terminal
I cannot restart the ARD via /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/kickstart -restart -agent (never completes the command)
I cannot connect via Apple remote Desktop: The connection authenticates, gives me a choice to login to my admin account, accepts the account login password, but then never gets to the OS and desktop.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
